We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products; however, we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders already placed.

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions.
Payment can be made securely through our online payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards.
shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 business days following payment confirmation, many of the products available on our website are shipped directly from our printer and distributer and are sent either Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Royal Mail 24 Tracked depending on your choice at the checkout. Items not sent by our printer/distributer (including Sass & Belle and any homemade items such as headwarmers) will be shipped by Star & Dandelion. These products will be sent by other methods as this option is not currently available to our small business. Our printer/distributer aims to dispatch within 1-5 days but occasionally delays may occur.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination address.
Approximate production times are shown on shop pages as a guide.
Any items bought through the affiliate links are not within our responsibility. You will be directed through to the third party website, please see the sellers shipping and delivery information for more details.
returns & refunds
If you are not happy with the quality of your purchased item we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items with our designs and logo on are made to order specifically for you and shipped directly from the printer, so please be mindful when ordering that we do not have stock in order to offer exchanges.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item, we would aim to issue a refund as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for any item purchased through the affiliate links. Please contact the seller directly regarding returns and refunds.
