Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are simple to make and delicious to enjoy, they won't last long as smell and taste so good!
Ingredients
- 150 g unsalted butter softened
- 80 g caster sugar
- 80 g light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 225 g self-raising flour
- 100 g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C (160C for fan oven). Line 2 baking trays with parchment/baking paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, caster sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy.150 g unsalted butter,80 g caster sugar,80 g light brown sugar
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.1 large egg,1 tsp vanilla extract
- Gradually add the self-raising flour to the mixture, stirring until a smooth dough forms.225 g self-raising flour
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.100 g chocolate chips
- Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, portion out the dough and roll into balls. Place the dough balls onto the prepared baking trays, leaving space between each one for spreading.
- Flatten each dough ball slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool on the baking trays for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool.
- Enjoy your homemade chocolate chip cookies with a glass of milk of your favourite beverage!

Mini Veggie Pizzas
Children will enjoy making these cute little pizzas using English muffins! Easy to make and taste great.
Ingredients
- English muffins, mini pizza base, or pitta bread
- Tomato pizza sauce
- Grated cheese (mozzarella/cheddar)
- Assorted vegetables (E.g. sliced pepper, cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn, mushrooms)
- Optional toppings (E.g. sliced olives, cooked chicken, ham, or pineapple chunks)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C (180C for fan oven) or gas mark 6.

- Sprinkle Grated cheese over the sauce.Grated cheese
